Dear subscriber,

At AlterSage our online marketing campaigns are based on results, ROI and transparency hence this month we turn our focus to usability and conversion analytics. In this edition of our newsletter we look at upcoming industry events, articles that we've found interesting and a number of AlterSage-related announcements.

 

Out and About

On 23 March the monthly PR Net event will take place at the Crystal Towers Hotel in Century City. The focus for this month's event is "The value of new and social media in PR" and Sam Wilson and Dax

Christine will be presenting at the Interactive Marketing Summit which is taking place on 18 and 19 March at the Indaba Hotel in Johannesburg. Christine's presentation will focus on "Enhancing ROI through Web Usability" and she will discuss design and usability factors that increase website experience.

The CRM: Marketing Loyalty Metrics conference was postponed from 30 and 31 March to 19 and 20 April 2010 and is taking place at the Sandton Sun in Johannesburg. Christine will discuss how the use of social media can build
