Someone on Twitter said the other day 'whoever has the time machine, quit fooling around now. It can't possibly be August already!' This year is flying at the speed of light but, as the saying goes, time flies when you're having fun!
August is going to be a busy month for AlterSage as you'll see in our Out and About section. AlterSage was invited for a third time by the AAA School of Advertising to participate in their yearly Digital Workshop 2010. On 17 August Christine spoke to the students about Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Jonathan discussed how to write appropriately for the World Wide Web. |

Plastiq’s search optimisation campaign performed exceptionally well during July. Plastiq, a division of Nedbank, allows customers to compare and apply for credit cards online in South Africa. During the month of July the total number of organic visits to Plastiq.co.za increased by 20.62% on the previous month. In addition conversions (ranging from submitting a card query to signing up for the newsletter) increased significantly. Well done Plastiq! |
